Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, web applications, Excel Add-in, and MCP/APIs (together, the "Services") provided by SavaNet LLC ("SavaNet," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using any of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

These Terms are effective from February 25, 2026. SavaNet may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version at www.savanet.com. Your continued use of the Services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Services or by email.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Accounts

You must create an account to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep it up to date. You must notify us promptly at support@savanet.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

License Grant and Data Use Rights

SavaNet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services under the terms described below. The Services are licensed, not sold.

Personal Commercial Use License

All versions of the Services not provided under separate Enterprise License Agreements are provided under this Personal Commercial Use License ("License"). Under this License, you may:

• Use the Services and the data retrieved through them for your own personal, educational, and research purposes
• Use SavaNet data in your own individual work product for commercial purposes — for example, incorporating data into financial models, analyses, reports, or presentations that you author and that bear your name or are attributable to you. SavaNet data must be used as an input to your own original work product and may not itself be the primary product or service that you offer, sell, or distribute.
• Publish or distribute work product or supporting data that contains commercially significant amounts of SavaNet data for non-commercial purposes (such as educational materials, personal blog posts, or academic research).
• You may not publish, share, or make available SavaNet data in bulk, as a dataset, as supporting data files, or in any other form.
• All published or distributed work product containing SavaNet data, whether commercial or non-commercial, must include the required attribution (see "Attribution Requirements" below)

Under this License, you may not:

• Store SavaNet data in any shared database, data warehouse, or centralized data repository
• Share raw SavaNet data with other individuals within your organization who are not registered SavaNet users with their own accounts
• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or otherwise make SavaNet data available to third parties in raw or bulk form
• Use SavaNet data to build, populate, or contribute to a competing data product or service
• Use SavaNet data as a data source for any API, MCP server, AI agent, chatbot, or other automated service that makes the data programmatically available to other users or systems
• Feed SavaNet data into any AI model, large language model, or machine learning system as training data, fine-tuning data, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) content
• Use SavaNet data as an input to any automated data pipeline, ETL process, or scheduled job that systematically extracts, transforms, or loads the data into another system
• Cache, mirror, or systematically replicate SavaNet data outside of the normal operation of the Add-in or Services
• Make SavaNet data publicly accessible through any website, application, or open dataset, whether free or paid

In summary: you may freely use SavaNet data in work that you personally create and are responsible for, even commercially, but you may not use the Services as a data source for broader organizational or enterprise use.

Attribution Requirements

Any document, report, spreadsheet, presentation, website, or other published work product that contains SavaNet data — whether in its original form or derived from SavaNet data — must include the following attribution in a reasonably visible location:

"Source: SavaNet LLC"

This attribution must appear at least once in each published work product. For documents and reports, it should be placed near the data it references (such as in a footnote, source line beneath a table or chart, or in a sources section). For websites or applications, it should appear on any page that displays SavaNet data.

Failure to include required attribution is a violation of these Terms and may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Enterprise Licensing

Use of SavaNet data within an enterprise — including storage in shared databases, distribution to multiple users within an organization, or integration into enterprise systems — requires a separate Enterprise License agreement. Enterprise licensing is available by contacting us at support@savanet.com.

SavaNet Taxonomies and Classification Systems

SavaNet's financial taxonomies, industry classification systems, measure tag names, and related naming conventions and organizational structures (collectively, "SavaNet Taxonomies") are the copyrighted intellectual property of SavaNet LLC. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved.

Under the Personal Commercial Use License, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable License to use SavaNet Taxonomies solely in conjunction with SavaNet products and Services. Specifically:

• SavaNet Taxonomy tag names, classification codes, and related identifiers may only be used within spreadsheets, documents, or applications where the SavaNet Add-in is actively installed or where you are actively accessing SavaNet Services
• You may reference SavaNet Taxonomy names in your own individual work product (such as financial models or reports that you author) under the same Personal Commercial Use License terms described above, including the attribution requirement
• You may not extract, copy, or reproduce SavaNet Taxonomies — in whole or in part — for use independent of SavaNet products and Services
• You may not use SavaNet Taxonomies to build, label, organize, or structure any competing data product, taxonomy, or classification system
• You may not use SavaNet Taxonomies in any enterprise context, shared system, or organizational standard without a separate Enterprise License agreement

For clarity: you can only use SavaNet Taxonomies in conjunction with the SavaNet Add-in under the Personal Commercial Use License, and they cannot be used within enterprise systems. If you uninstall the SavaNet Add-in or discontinue use of the Services, your License to use SavaNet Taxonomies terminates. Any continued use of the taxonomy names, structures, or classification systems after termination is a violation of these Terms and an infringement of SavaNet's intellectual property rights.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. In addition to the restrictions described under the License Grant above, you agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any usage limits, access controls, or security measures
• Use the Services in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Services or interfere with other users' access
• Use automated means (such as bots or scrapers) to access amounts data via the Services in amounts that are unreasonable for individual or percsonal commercial use.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the Services

Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology comprising the Services — including but not limited to the Add-in, APIs, web applications, data models, and documentation — are owned by SavaNet or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content or models you create using the Services. However, to the extent you submit data to SavaNet (for example, user-generated financial data saved at your request), you grant SavaNet a limited license to store and process that data solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

Financial Data Disclaimer

The financial data provided through the Services is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any investment, trading, or financial decision. SavaNet does not provide investment advice, and the data may contain errors, delays, or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying any data before acting on it. SavaNet is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner.

Third-Party Data and Services

SavaNet may incorporate data from third-party sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any third-party data. Our Services may also contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by SavaNet. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites or services.

Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at www.savanet.com. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use of the Services poses a security risk or may cause harm to other users or to SavaNet. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before or promptly after any suspension or termination, except where we believe immediate action is necessary.

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at support@savanet.com. Any user-generated data stored in the SavaNet system will be deleted within a reasonable timeframe following account closure, unless we are required by law to retain it.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SavaNet disclaims all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SavaNet's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Services is limited to $500.

In no event will SavaNet be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, regardless of the theory of liability, even if SavaNet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SavaNet and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

General

• Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SavaNet regarding the Services. Users with a separate Enterprise License agreement are also subject to the terms of this agreement, which will be in effect absent any overriding terms in the Enterprise License agreement.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. SavaNet may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• Notices: We may send you notices by email to the address associated with your account. You may send notices to us at support@savanet.com.
